Western Region Surveillance on COVID 19: 28 suspected cases, 20 test results negative

As at March 30, 2020, the Western Region has recorded a total of twenty-eight (28) suspected cases of COVID 19. Test results of twenty (20) samples/cases, came out negative. The remainder; eight (8), is yet to be produced and communicated by the agency responsible.

The data from the Regional Health Directorate, indicates that no traveler into the region has tested positive nor been quarantined as a result of a the disease.
