We need to protect our frontline health workers- JUSTMOH CEO

Chief Executive Officer for JUSTMOH Construction Company Limited, Justice Amoh has reiterated the need to protect frontline workers in the fight against the novel coronavirus.

He explained that these workers deserve to have the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and motivation, in managing both suspected and confirmed cases.

Mr. Amoh disclosed in an interview with Skyy News that these considerations formed the basis of the company’s GHC500,000.00 donation to the COVID 19 Trust Fund.

“We agreed to give this token to support President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo’s brilliant initiative to fight this pandemic and save our nation.

“…and we proposed to the committee managing the COVID 19 Fund, that the amount be used to support those at the frontline. Because in every situation there are priorities. So, we felt that to get the PPEs and other equipment to fight this disease we need to support the front liners” he explained.

Mr. Amoh is confident that these logistics and incentives will boost “their morale in these challenge times, so they could deliver and save lives”.

“Without these items they themselves will become vulnerable and so more concentration should be given to the health professionals”,

He urged the public to appreciate how dangerous the Coronavirus is adding “we should take this pandemic serious, it is real”.
