FIFA orders USM Algers to pay €300k with 5% interest to Asante Kotoko on Kwame Poku’s transfer fee.
The Ghanaian international banged in nine goals in twenty matches for Asante Kotoko.
Former kotoko striker, Kwame Poku signed a four and half year deal with the Algerian side back in April the year after both clubs agreeing on a €300k deal.
USM Alger have failed to pay the transfer fee to Asante Kotoko after the blackstars player completed the move to join the club.
Back in June, the kumasi-based football club reported USM Algiers to FIFA for failing to honor the deal.
According to the acting Communication Director and Special Assistant to the C.E.O David Obeng Nyarko, FIFA has ordered USM Algers to pay the transfer fee with 5% interest within forty-five days for the transfer of Kwame Poku.
