Sports Broadcaster Joseph Mensah Oti-Asirifi has been appointed the Secretary of a nine-member leadership of the Western Regional Branch of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG). Joseph Mensah Oti-Asirifi, a top-notch sports broadcaster, is the head of sports at Skyy Power FM, and a Senior Assistant Registrar at Takoradi Technical University.
The inauguration took place on Saturday at the plush Naakof Hotel in Takoradi. Present were Hon. Western Regional Minister and MP Takoradi Kobby Otchere Darko Mensah, Hon MP for Effia and Deputy Minister for Energy Joseph Cudjoe, Hon. District Chief Executive Officer Wassa East Mr. Wilson Arthur, SWAG President Kwabena Yeboah, NSA Director (WR) Mr Joseph Alabi Bortey and Mr. Ramos Asafo-Adjei (Snr Lecturer, Languages and Liberal Studies, Takoradi Technical University.
