The Western Regional Minister Mr Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah has appealed to companies working in the region to complement the efforts of the government.
According to him the region with its massive resources has benefited a lot of companies and it’s time they showed appreciation by improving some relevant facilities in the communities.
The minister said this when he commissioned a renovated and furnished classrooms of the St. Peters Basic School by Vivo Shell Ghana.
He said the government is committed to helping grow the private sector for them to help improve the living conditions of the people.
“I always pray for the growth of the private sector because when they get money and they have to help the community, as quickly as possible they are able to do that.”
“Their bottom line is not only about profit but helping the community as well.
