My-Dream Plus supports security agencies with sanitary items and face masks
Cosmetic manufacturing company, My-Dream Plus, has donated packets of sanitary items and home-made re-usable face masks to eleven stations of the various security agencies in the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis.
Beneficiaries mainly; police, fire service and the prison service, were handed over these items last Monday, to support them keep to enhance hygienic protocols as prescribed by the Ghana Health Service.
Chief Executive for My-Dream Plus, Roseline Arhin said their intervention is much targeted at frontline workers, and other groups, such as transport operators and traders, that often interact with people on a daily basis.
She recalled that other supplies including food were donated to the Fathers’ Home Care to support the upkeep of vulnerable children being raised there.
She said; “these donations are borne purely out of love for humanity”
“We are in trying times and we must help everyone, the aged, the poor, the homeless fight this pandemic” she added.
Ms. Arhin urged the public to develop the habit of wearing their face masks anytime they walk out of their homes, so they don’t contract the disease. She also entreat them to observe the other preventive measures as stated by the Ghana Health Service.
