MTN Ghana has donated a cash amount of GH¢ 10,000.00, airtime worth GH¢1000 and drink hampers each towards the Esiama Kundum and Sefwi Eluo Festivals in the Western Region.
Mr Prince Owusu Nyarko, Senior Manager South West Business District of MTN Ghana during the donation said the company’s support towards the festivals over the years forms part of their quest to delight customers and make their lives a whole lot brighter.
He said MTN believes that, through these supports to various traditional areas, they help promote development in the Ghanaian communities. This is why they will continue to support over 40 traditional councils across the country.
He said their presence is also to provide a distinct customer experience during the celebration, MTN has set up an experience centre at vantage points. In view of the just-ended sim registrations, they will also help customers reconnect their sim with the Ghana Card and register those who need to.
He ended by saying that they hope through this festival they will be able to strengthen their relationship with customers and help resolve some of the customer issues they have.
In addition, they seek an opportunity to do some education on Momo fraud. Which is a must to help educate their cherished customers on the benefits of keeping their phones and wallets safe.
