Success they say have soo many branches and its isnt different from what we are seeing right now at Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies. The team, after suffering two(2) defeats in the opening games of the Women’s Premier league,have gone ahead to record four(4) wins on a bounce.

What makes the whole thing so pleasant is that they have scored 21 goals without conceding any which makes them the most fearsome team in the league as well as the best Defensive team in the league.

In all this, definitely, there is a brain behind this feat and as usual the name of the Head Coach comes to mind. Coach Yusif Basigi who is the head coach of the Ghana National U20 women’s team(The Black Princesses) doubles as the coach for Hasaacas Ladies but due to National team duties and assignments there was the need to find somebody who will prepare the grounds for him and Yes… The Man who is making all the news surfaced… Mustapha Fudail

He is the owner and coach of 2nd Division side Future Stars which is one the of best lower division teams in the Western Region. Mustapha Fudail is a former footballer who once played for Kaloum Stars,Sekondi Eleven Wise,Kumasi King Faisal,New Edubiase and also Man Infant(Swaziland).

He was drafted into the 1993 Ghana U17 provisional squad that were to travel to Japan but was dropped along the line. Two years Later,he got another call up into the U17 squad for Ecuador 1995 but pulled out because of injury.

Mustapha Fudail Capito has coached and nurtured alot of talents in and around the country. The likes of Tijani Mohammed who plays in Sweden,Joseph Amenyo(Thailand),John Sam(Thailand),Christopher Kwese(Romania),Michael Tetteh(Germany) and Augustine Kafui(Germany) are all players he toiled to give a career to.

Born in Salaga in the Northern Region, Mustapha Fudail Capito is a hard working Coach who thrives on discipline and the desire to fight. He’s transformed the entire Hasaacas ladies team to the extent that even when the regulars are not available,the other players who are on the bench can equally make the difference. His desire to help and improve the standard and quality of play amongst the Ladies has now seen Milot Abena Pokua and Doris Boaduwaa being the most Dangerous strike partners in the Women’s Premier League. The two strikers have contributed 17goals and 15 assists in the league.As a Defensive minded player during his playing days, he has transformed Linda Eshun and Janet Egyir to be the Rock at the back preventing opponents from even having a shot at goal. He’s really made the job too easy for Coach Yusif Basigi who is with the Princesses at Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence at Prampram preparing them for the U20 women’s championship qualifiers. Other National Team Coaches can only feed their squads with the quality he has prepared in the absence of Yusif Basigi.

Mustapha Fudail Capito has really improved Hasaacas Ladies team to the extent that 9 of the starting 11 are on National team Duties.With his Hard work, commitment and dedication to help these ladies, Doris Boaduwaa and Milot Abena Pokua has all been nominated for Nasco Player of the Month for February, and with the sort of results that Hasaacas Ladies have gotten, Yusif Basigi gets a nomination for the Coach of the Month which he is likely to win.

Mustapha Fudail Capito is a CAF License B holder and currently serves as the chairman for Western Region Club Owners Association and indeed making his Desire of seeing Women Footballers excell come to Reality!!!!!
