Let industry feel impact of AviaTour Conference… G.H. Aviation C.E.O appeals…
The Chief Executive Officer of G.H Aviation Mrs Elizabeth Twumwaa Sasu has called on participants of the recently held AviaTour 2019 Conference to put the ideas and suggestions raised at the conference into action.
The three day conference, held at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel, was aimed at bridging the gap between Aviation and Tourism, under the theme “Investing in Aviation in the Tourism industry for sustainable socioeconomic development.
The well experienced and knowledgeable speakers which included the Western Regional Minister, Honourable Kobby Okyere Darko Mensah, Omanhene of the Essikadu Traditional Area, Nana Kobina Nketsiah V, took discussants through sustainable tourism; creating jobs, creating employment, building capacities and training for industry players for inclusive tourism as well as Open Skies” and it’s relevance to Tourism.
Speaking to Skyy News about the event, Mrs. Elizabeth Twumwaa Sasu urged industry players and participants, to positively impact the tourism industry with the wealth of knowledge acquired.
“We have had industry players with invaluable experienced and knowledgeable minds enriching this conference with their inputs. It is our hope that this conference will not just be talk shop but the ideas and issues raised will be actionable and we’ll put them into action while considering the feedback we’ve had in this conference” she said.
