Legendary broadcast journalist wins Shama District football association elections

Popular Western Region based journalist Kuntu Blankson on Thursday won elections to become the District FA Chairman for Shama District. In a keenly contested elections Kuntu Blankson polled 8 whiles his competitor Osman Banda had 4 of the total votes cast which was enough to guarantee him a first-round win in the polls.

The former STMA District football Chair who campaigned on the promise of ‘Hard work, transparency and accountability was enough to guarantee him the position.

After the polls, Mr. Blankson thanked the delegates and promised to deliver on all his campaign promise.
