Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana, Justice Anin Yeboah has directed upon the advise of his medical doctor, begun a fourteen day period of self-isolation. A notice served by the Secretary of the service, Cynthia Pamela Addo confirmed this report.
The notice indicated that Justice Anin Yeboah will be observing this isolation period in accordance with COVID-19 protocols.
He is expected to work over the period from his official residence in Cantoments, Accra.
Already nine of the Akufo-Addo ministers and appointees have all been infected by the virus. Just yesterday, Senior Minister, Yaw Osafo Maafo was reported to have contracted the virus and been placed into quarantine.
Later today, the Education Minister, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh who was being treated for the virus, was reported to have fully recovered from COVID-19.
