Hon. Wilson Arthur, the president of Skyy FC has expressed disbelief at Coach Johnson Smith’s choice to abound Skyy FC to reunite with his former team Nations FC.

The FA Cup committee chairman claimed that due to Skyy FC’s strong play, coach Johnson Smith was drawing interest from national teams.

“After a strong showing with Skyy FC, I am grateful to Coach Johnson Smith, but what makes me saddest is that because of the project he led the team through, he was drawing interest from national teams.

It is disappointing because he needed that to improve his resume and it won’t be on his CV that he qualified Skyy FC for the Premier League if the team manage to qualify”.

“We have to keep our heads up and continue our target for the season, I won’t take him on to the player status committee we are focused to qualify for the premier league despite the departure of Johnson Smith”

Hon Wilson Arthur further stated that they are looking forward to appointing Akakpo Patron to replace Johnson Smith due to the team’s project.

“As of now we don’t have a coach but we are talking to Akakpo Patron to lead the team to the qualification to the Premier League.
