Sekondi Hasaacas FC are set to announce the appointment of Mustapha Fudail (Mustapha Capito) as new coach on a two-season deal. Both parties have agreed on terms of engagement and the club is expected to go public on the signing of the Rail Stars head coach
“We are happy to get him take over as the coach of the club, his ability to keep the team focused, making them work in concert, with minimal lapses is an important requirement; We hope to finish off with the paper work soon. Yes, there are great expectations, but I am confident that Mustapha Capito would hit hit the deck running, and take us to the promised that”, George Duah-Nitro, the acting Spokesperson for the club told Skyy Sports.
Speaking on Skyy Sports Show, Mustapha said: “I welcome the opportunity to lead one of the prestigious clubs on the Ghana. I hope under my lead, we are able to return the club to the premiership; I don’t believe in names, I believe in hard work and team work.”
The CAF License B holder was once with Hasaacas Ladies when regular coach Yusif Basigi was with the Princesses at Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence at Prampram preparing them for the U20 women’s championship qualifiers. He is credited for the blistering partnership between Milot Abena Pokua and Doris Boaduwaa
Sekondi Hasaacas FC had been on the market for a new coach after parting ways with controversial coach Ben Hayford.
Mustapha Fudail Capito, 46, is the coach of tier two side Rail Stars, and the chairman for Western Region Club Owners Association.
