Bryan Acheampong takes over as Agriculture Minister from Owusu Afriyie, KT Hammond leads Trade.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has officially made some modifications to his cabinet by appointing KT Hammond, a member of parliament for Adansi Asokwa, to the Trade and Industry Ministry in Alan Kyerematen’s place.

MP for the Abetifi district Osei Bonsu Amoah has been selected as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Local Government, while Bryan Acheampong has been appointed to lead the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.

Stephen Amoah, a former MASLOC leader and MP for Nhyiaeso, currently serves as the deputy trade minister.

Also appointed to the position of Minister of State in the Finance Ministry is Mohammed Amin Adam.
