Akufo-Addo to grace GSTS 110th anniversary celebrations

President Akufo-Addo will be the Special Guest of Honor at the 110th anniversary of Ghana Secondary and Technical School. ”Creativity in Secondary and Technical Education; The Prospers and Challenges in Nation Building”.

The activities will commence on the 2nd of December with an Inter Schools Quiz Competition on the school’s premises. That will be followed by a clean up and a blood donation exercise. On Wednesday the 4th of December, the various houses in the school will compete for honors in the Inter-Houses Sports Tournament.

Old and present students, teachers and stakeholders will embark on a float through the principal streets of Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis on Thursday, December 5, with an exhibition exercise on the school’s premises the following day.

The activities will be climaxed on the 7th of December with a Speech and Prize Giving Day, with His excellency Akufo-Addo set to be in attendance.
